How do you ship my order?

We use tried and tested courier partners in the region for UAE, GCC and across the world. Having over a decade of experience shipping orders we ensure to provide you the best options possible at the best rates.

Our standard production time for custom hoodies is 12 to 15 working days—the fastest turnaround any hoodie manufacturer offers in the UAE. You can expect to receive your order within 19 days of confirmation. However, for urgent needs, we can reduce the timeline to 12 to 15 days.

Can I customize my order?

Yes. We offer customization on selected products.

Do you have a physical store?

Currently, we operate online only.
Any future store openings will be announced on our official platforms.

Do you have any refund policy for a change of mind?

Apologies, but we don’t offer refunds for a change of mind since our hoodies are made to order. However, you may claim a remaking in certain conditions—for instance, if we fail to fulfill our commitment to deliver flawless product. After reviewing your request, we’ll either process a remaking or offer store credit.
